Whether the theme of the party is "Love Notes" or you just love music, this is the perfect favor for your guests. All of our chocolate is personalized with names and dates. This favor is 4.5" in diameter (chocolate only), and 5.5" x 4.8" packaged in the CD case. The chocolate CD has musical notes "etched" in the chocolate and is fitted into the clear topped jewel case with a shimmery gold foil front and a silver back. Each favor is milk chocolate and has an alabaster white center, which is printed on.
